About Me.
Hi, I’m Amy! I’ve been a maker for as long as I can remember—painting, sewing, experimenting with whatever supplies I could get my hands on. Creativity has always been my way of finding joy, connection, and calm in a busy world.
As I grew, I found myself not only creating for myself but also sharing that love with others—teaching, organizing community events, and helping people discover how good it feels to make something with your own two hands. I realized what I wanted most was to create a space where anyone—kids, adults, families, friends—could gather, try new things, and leave feeling proud of what they made.
That dream became The Craft Room: a mobile studio that brings crafting right to you. I provide the supplies, the setup, and the guidance—you just bring your creativity (and maybe a little curiosity). Whether it’s a birthday party, a team-building event, or just a fun night with friends, I love helping people discover that yes, they are creative too.
And this is only the beginning. My vision for The Craft Room is bigger than a single trailer or class—I dream of making creativity accessible to everyone. From offering free supplies to teachers, to running programs for seniors, to building a future community studio, The Craft Room is about more than crafts. It’s about connection, belonging, and the belief that creativity is for everyone.
